Usage :TMTD is used as a single accelerator, a secondary accelerator, and a sulfur donor in most sulfur vulcanizing elastomers.TMTD is easy to scorch, vulcanization speed is fast, produces excellent vulcanization flat period in sulfur free and effective vulcanization system, has good thermal aging resistance and compression deformation resistance.It has good color retention in non - carbon black vulcanized rubber.TMTD is a valuable accessory promoter for EPDM.In the vulcanization process of neoprene with N,N ethyl thiourea, TMTD can be used as a delay agent.
